Auden is founder/personal trainer of Body Lab Fitness and Health. He began his personal training business to pursue his passion for helping people achieve the benefits of regular exercise. He is committed to teaching, demonstrating and empowering others with the skills to experience the positive impact exercise can have on everyone’s life.
Auden is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has a Fitness Specialist Certification from Ashmead College in Seattle. He is a dedicated fitness professional successful in training and educating his clients on safe and effective exercise techniques and motivating them to achieve healthier lifestyles. He develops exercise and lifestyle programs focusing on effective techniques for attaining optimal health from the inside out that can be implemented by anyone.
Auden has been in the fitness industry for more than 8 years. He knows how optimizing posture not only improves function, but increases overall wellness. He also understands how different types of exercise, from Plyometrics, to cardiovascular condition to weight-training affect both parts of the autonomic nervous system- an often neglected factor that is vital to achieving success with his clients.
Auden continues to learn about the latest research, technology, trends and key nutritional issues to remain informed and help his clients stay on the cutting edge of the ever-evolving fitness industry. Andrew is a personal trainer with Body Lab, and certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-cscs). Andrew uses his knowledge and expertise to help each client achieve personal fitness goals. He offers an integrated approach, combining traditional strength training, balance, core training, agility technique and proven fitness and health strategy.
He takes pride in his ability to assist clients at every level of fitness. Andrew is no stranger to personal training, having spent 3 years as a Personal Trainer and 8 years as a power lifter, which taught him the importance of a healthy body.
Andrew’s varied background in power lifting, track and field and an All- state Captain of his football team for 3 years provides the perfect foundation for his Personal Training career.
